Andrew has been in the commercial real estate industry for 40 years and has covered numerous sectors and disciplines across the markets of both the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Apex Capital Investment, Andrew had fulfilled various roles over 28 years with Strutt & Parker and more recently BNP Paribas following their acquisition. Those roles involved running the Central London investment, Development and Agency teams, before becoming CEO of the Middle Eastern business and head of Private Wealth Management.
For over 20 years Andrew has purely focused on advising Middle Eastern investors seeking to assist in relation to both developing and implementing investment strategies in the UK and Europe and has built some very strong relationships over that time and is seen as a Trusted Advisor.
In 2000 Andrew and Strutt & Parker were appointed by Kuwait Finance House to advise in the establishment of the largest Shariah compliment real estate Fund in the UK which was extremely successful. Since then he has advised numerous sovereign wealth funds, institutions, families and high net worth individuals from the Gulf.
James joined Apex Capital Investment Europe Limited in August 2022 and is the Head of Acquisitions.
He graduated from the University of Reading in 1997 with a BSc (Hons) in Land Management and has now been active in the UK Property Investment Market for 25 years. James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Over the course of his career, James has worked for some of the leading property advisors in the UK, including Strutt & Parker, Deloitte Real Estate, Colliers International and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
James has been involved with over £5bn of transactions, working with a broad cross section of investors from the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has worked in the UK and Hong Kong, where he was responsible for helping Asian investors seeking to invest across UK and Mainland Europe.
Chloé is the Head of Operations for Apex Capital Investment Europe Limited. She manages all operational matters across the organisation including project planning, finance, human resources, marketing and governance.
Prior to joining Apex Capital from the start of its UK & Europe journey, Chloé began her career in Residential Property Management before transitioning into Business Operations Management where she has excelled in large and diverse industries such as interior design and management consultancy.
Chloe’s experiences include project, financial and people management, business development, operational change and excellence.
